As a single professional mother of three sons, I overcame anxiety and low self-esteem, emerging stronger and more resilient than I ever thought possible.
My journey to becoming a coach began with my own transformative experience.
For years, I struggled with debilitating anxiety and low self-esteem that held me back from finding balance and pursuing my dreams.
Raising three children alone, working full-time as a child protective worker, and constantly meeting others’ demands left me scared to say “no” and feeling out of control.
Through trial and error, self-reflection, and the courage to seek support, I developed strategies to manage my anxiety and build confidence. One pivotal moment was my decision to leave my full-time role; despite persistent worries, I had to confront my fears and reframe my mindset.
Now, I guide professionals through similar struggles, offering tools and support to overcome self-doubt, build resilience, and unlock their full potential.
